Like me, if you're into desserts, then Le Kéne in HSR, Bengaluru is the place to be! I recently visited this cozy bakery and fell head over heels for their mouthwatering goodies. Let me tell you all about it in simple words. (I mean it - this post is Grade 5 on Hemingway)
Double Chocolate Eclair
Imagine biting into a pastry that's crunchy on the outside and filled with yummy chocolate inside. That's exactly what the double chocolate eclair at Le Kéne is like. It's like a chocolate lover's dream come true.
Chocolate Strawberry Cake
This seasonal pastry is perfect if you love strawberries. It's a mix of chocolate and juicy strawberries, and every bite feels like a party in your mouth.
Profiteroles
Le Kéne makes these little choux pastries called profiteroles (wrote all about them) in different flavors. We tried chocolate banana, hazelnut, pina colada, raspberry, and they were all good. But my favorite was the chocolate banana one. It's like a flavor explosion!
Hot Chocolate
Their hot chocolate is yummy, but it's not super sweet. It has a rich, dark chocolate taste that's perfect for me as I like my chocolate strong.
Ambience
The place looks chic with its white walls and decor. There's this cool triangular window that lets in lots of natural light, making it a nice place to hang out.
Value for Money
Even though Le Kéne feels fancy, it's not crazy expensive. You get good desserts for a fair price - profiteroles are at ₹150 each, the hot chocolate is ₹280, the chocolate strawberry cake is ₹220 and the eclairs are ₹290.
